Carrefour chose DISKO to help them become a leader in digital recruitment strategy.

As the first French private employer, Carrefour now faces the challenge of attracting a new target : Generation Z (Post-millenials). This new generation on the job market needs fast and easy application procedures. 60% of all applicants are less than 26 years old.

DISKO designed the user journey and experience to be especially smooth, with new services aiming at converting first-time applicants.

The website’s responsive design, entirely developed by DISKO, makes it available on all devices.

DISKO also redesigned the brand’s employer Charter or other works such as Carrefour Ambassadeurs and Career Manager.

The 2016 OTaC Awards (Online Talent Communication Study) rewarded the Carrefour Recrute project for its understanding of talent as an employer :

– 1st on Online Application (up by 20 places since 2015)

– Best Career Website France 2016
